How fast is shipping?

We do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible—typically within 2 to 3 business days for handling. From there, we ship using the most cost-effective and reliable option available. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on the way.

What is your return policy?

If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. If we can’t find a resolution, we’ll gladly accept the model back and issue a full refund, as long as it’s returned in its original condition. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Are all models complete?

We sell model kits in a variety of conditions—from brand new and sealed to opened but complete. Each kit is individually inspected. The condition and any relevant details will always be clearly listed in the product description so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Yes—they are. We use actual photos of the exact model you’ll be receiving, especially for opened or pre-owned kits. No surprises, no guesswork.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.
